Graeme’s broad professional background and experiences make him well placed to engage with clients to help resolve many work, life, performance and clinical issues through coaching and hypnotherapy. His focus is enabling them to relax, explore and become the best possible version of themselves in successfully managing life’s challenges, stresses, transitions, opportunities, difficulties and dilemmas.
Why Coaching & Hypnosis?
In combining coaching and hypnosis, Graeme has had marked success with clients overcoming and moving beyond a variety of life issues, conditions, and unwanted mindsets. These include fears, phobias, anxieties, creative blocks, sports and business performance issues as well as work and life stresses and decisions - and in helping people deal and cope with illness and necessary treatments. Another common theme has been working with people through career crossroads, options, and transitions.
Qualifications and Experience
Graeme completed professional coach certified training at Coaching Development Ltd and obtained both his Professional Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH) in London. ICH Training is accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), The Hypnotherapy Association and the National Hypnotherapy Society
He spent more than 15 years in finance, corporate marketing and commercial management positions with multinational business organisations including FTSE100. Roles to GM/MD were mostly international, based in the Far East, West Europe and US. Prior to that Graeme studied Bio-Medical Sciences (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) at Aberdeen University. He is also an occasional ‘cellist, yoga fanatic and sailor.
